Stole My MoneyOn Sept 30, 2025, I purchased a vaporizer from ageofhemp.com for $209.94 (ironically, this included a $35 shipping charge). Immediately after purchase I was contacted by “Steve from the Age of Hemp shop” via text and email. He stated my chosen model was out of stock and offered an upgrade to the V2 model for an additional $30, which I paid the same day. He said he would notify their warehouse to ship the upgraded product. The seller provided a USPS tracking number, but as of Oct 4, 2025, USPS shows only “Label Created – Awaiting Item.” There is no acceptance, in-transit, or delivery scan, indicating USPS never received the parcel. The business claims to ship in 1-2 business days. When I asked for proof of shipment or a refund, the seller repeatedly insisted that he had shipped the item but could provide no documentation. Instead, he provided multiple excuses about the warehouse not scanning outgoing mail because they picked up in bulk. This is not how any warehouse in the United States works, nor how the USPS works. After pressing the seller for positive proof that my item had shipped or my money back, he immediately became unresponsive. I had to initiate a dispute with my bank and initiate a fraud complaint with IC3.
